Metro cars still reliable: STM
The STM says that although its metro rolling stock is aging, it’s still safe and reliable: regular maintenance keeps them running. A UQÀM engineering prof says the new bid is bad news and that the Bombardier-Alstom consortium should’ve been allowed to proceed with constructing the new cars.
