City unveils new urban plan for Griffintown

Now that Griffintown is already partly built up, the city finally unveils its urban plan involving some height adjustments and urban features including six parks. The PPU is on the Montreal 2025 site. There’s still no school, and Michael Applebaum is supposed to have said it isn’t up to the city to acquire land for a school. If he wants families to move in there among the usual torrent of single people and childless couples, he’s doing it wrong.
