Electronic sniffers to guard Saint-Michel

Montreal has bought four electronic sniffers to make sure odours from the Complexe environnemental Saint-Michel don’t seep out into residential streets. Article doesn’t say, but an item from August mentioned this is being done because residents bucked at having the onetime garbage dump, since partly reclaimed, turned into a composting facility which might produce its own unwanted whiffs.
