Coroner reports on Julie Surprenant’s death

The disappearance of Julie Surprenant in 1999 was probably due to an attack by a convicted sex offender, according to a new coroner’s report. Richard Bouillon made a deathbed confession in hospital in 2006 but the people who heard it didn’t talk about it till later. Surprenant’s father is now pushing for a registry of sex offenders.
