More tales from the Commission
Lino Zambito says: Vito Rizzuto mediated in a spat he had with Tony Accurso; he partied with top city engineers in Mexico; that, besides 2.5% for the Mafia and 3% for Union Montréal, a further 1% had to be shaved off for one of these engineers, Gilles Surprenant, which was jokingly called TPS, Taxe pour Surprenant; that contract values were inflated to allow for these “extras”.
Radio-Canada has a Charbonneau commission page which is updated during sessions, La Presse has a dossier, or you can just follow #ceic on Twitter. (CEIC: Commission d’enquête sur l’industrie de la construction, which is a shortening of the full name of the inquiry.)

for the non-langue de molières among us, the gazette has a live twitter feed manned by a trio of entrepidistas, though i wouldn’t like to link to them, for obvious reasons.

Not sure what the obvious reasons are, but following #ceic on Twitter will get you a lot of updates from the Gazette, CTV and other people writing English.
