Bribe alleged in MUHC contract with SNC-Lavalin

La Presse is alleging that SNC-Lavalin paid $22 million to get the MUHC superhospital job, and they have some detailed evidence about payments going offshore and coming back. Ex MUHC czar Arthur Porter may have played a role in this transaction, but he remains hard to pin down. MUHC staff are even being invited to snitch if they know anything about these arrangements.

So far the MUHC has issued a big no comment.
