Cardinal on Lisée and his city job
François Cardinal has two pieces on Lisée, first clarifying that he’s (among other things) minister responsible for the entire metropolitan area with its 82 mayors, then posing a list of questions to illustrate the decisions Lisée will have to make about his level of intervention with the workings of the CMM.
