MUHC ex-czar is on the lam
Ex MUHC czar Arthur Porter is accused of using MUHC funds for his own purposes and possibly of colluding to give big contracts to SNC-Lavalin and businesses belonging to Tony Accurso. Porter left the country after his abrupt departure from his top MUHC post in December 2011.
