Victim’s CSST payments fast-tracked
Dave Courage’s CSST payments have been fast-tracked by the Marois government. I’m surprised that he’s even covered by CSST – a lot of contract workers are not – but I don’t know the terms of his employment.

The injury occurred during a criminal act; and, if you are injured during a crime committed at your place of work, you are eligible for compensation under the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases administered by the CSST.
