Vito’s been in a U.S. prison while both his father and his son were murdered here by unknown hands. I should think that would be an even more severe deterrent than Bill 101.

Those hands may be unknown to the public but I’d bet that Mr. Rizzuto knows exactly who was behind those killings.
Popular opinion seems to be that it was Salvatore Mantegna. Mr. Mantegna’s killing days are done since his own abrupt departure from this earth last November.
