Dog owners protest proposed new law
People gathered Monday afternoon to protest a proposed new law which mandates euthanasia for any dog that causes an “abrasion to the skin” although the actual wording appears to be withheld for the moment. With any luck some allowance for common sense will be written in to distinguish the attentions of an overexcited puppy from the attack of an angry mastiff.
