Citizens frolic in river as a statement

Sixty people, including Richard Bergeron, frolicked in the river off the Old Port Wednesday. The Montréal Baignade makes a general statement that it’s ludicrous for Montrealers to be so surrounded by water yet most of us never even think of swimming in it. The group is also not thrilled with the essentially pointless Clock Tower beach.
