Ecclestone demands upgrades at F1 track
Formula One czar Bernie Ecclestone is demanding major renovations to the Gilles-Villeneuve circuit by 2014, or he won’t discuss renewing his contract with Montreal. The mayor issued a press release talking about how important Grand Prix weekend is to the city.

Oddly, the F1 brings much more money to Montreal than the Tennis, the Jazz and the Just for Laughs combined. Not saying it is the best thing to spend money on but t is one of the events that brings the most money to. Starting with some weirdos that make do things like “I want an hotel reservation, book me one floor of the Reine Elizabeth and 10 rooms on the floor bellow it” Sometimes I miss working for the very rich…
