Ottawa not decontaminating fast enough: BQ

The city’s remaining BQ MP says Ottawa is not moving fast enough on decontaminating sites in Quebec including some important ones in Montreal. There are billions of dollars worth of contaminated sites across the country, and Canada is far behind its Kyoto Protocol greenhouse gas goals, even ones that were softened up since the original ones were written.
