Do extensive beards count? If you back-combed they’d be pretty much the same as wearing a bandana, and much more stylish. Plus I hear the chicks dig it. If this law passes, I lay 2 to 1 odds that in the first week someone gets busted just for wearing a scarf around their neck. That’s pretty much half of Montreal right there.
