16,000 litres of diesel spilled near hospital
There was a spill of 16,000 litres of diesel fuel last Friday at the Institut de cardiologie in Rosemont, and it sounds like it was only after people noticed a bad smell from the sewers that an emergency environmental crew was dispatched.
