Julie Surprenant : search continues
Police divers are continuing to search the Rivière Mille-Îles for evidence of Julie Surprenant, the 16-year-old student who disappeared in 1999. A deathbed confession from a man who was dying in jail has led them to the river.

… a deathbed confession five years ago. Why did the nurse wait till last January to mention it?

Well also, if the cops knew last January, why did they wait till nearly October to start searching? Lots of gaps in this story.

It was mentioned on CBC the other day that the water levels are lowest in the Fall (which is now) and therefore the best time to do the search.

Shawn, Stephen, it was also mentioned on the Ceeb, by the nurse, that there was a question of professional confidentiality and that she contacted the order of Nurses.
