Slightly silly item: Spotted this on baskets of local raspberries. Anyone else notice something odd about this label?
Speaking of raspberries, there’s a raspberry social this Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Parc Laval, 1/2 block south of Restaurant Laloux, between Pine and Carré St-Louis, $10 donation, done by the folks from …an endless banquet. Proceeds to Santropol Roulant.

I know someone who works for one of the lawyers handling the Steinberg’s bankruptcy. It was wound up just recently, if you can believe that.

I can. Some of their creditors must have long ago gone out of business themselves, or died.
