TGV already a hot potato

The old idea of building a TGV service on the Quebec-Windsor corridor is being revived, with the notion that Montreal could become the hub towards Boston and New York as well. But already Jean Charest is pushing back at a federal idea of starting with the Montreal-Toronto segment, saying that Quebec City has to be in the loop from the beginning.
