It’s a good article. I tend to think either reinforcing this one or getting rid of it altogether are the best solutions, because every build it new idea tends to have some rather awful why-did-we-ever-think-this-would-work components going for it. If I could have it my way? Turcot Yards becomes an integral center of a much larger green belt, the old interchange becomes part of the world’s greatest annual cycling event, and highway 20 becomes an urban boulevard.
(not holding my breath).
