The Bouchard-Taylor commission seems to be hearing every complaint anyone ever had against their "ethnic" neighbours. One man had compiled a 90-page document listing the various ways Outremont's Hasidic community flouts the law (a La Presse columnist says Outremont needs its Hasids because they don't care about Quebec's self-important vedettes). And three people were arrested during a demo against the holding of the hearings at all.
