Quebec draws a line in the sand and is giving the two sides a single week to settle the cemetery lockout that's dragged on since May.

It's too bad about the distressed families, but the cemetery looks wonderful now all overgrown with grasses and weeds, and it's full of crickets. I bet this is good for the city's bird population too.
