This is a good summary of the legal troubles being experienced by Chris Hand of Zeke's Gallery after he posted a brief entry (since taken down) encapsulating several news links about the same person. Not surprisingly, I'm concerned to see a fellow blogger enmeshed in trouble over doing something basic to blogging everywhere: linking to media stories with a little commentary.
